FRONTIER UTILITIES WINS 2015 BBB CUSTOMER SERVICE AWARD
Frontier Utilities is the proud two-time recipient of the Award of Distinction in the Energy Services category by the Better Business Bureau Education Foundation, which annually recognizes BBB accredited companies at its Awards of Excellence ceremony. The award is based on Frontier Utilities' strong commitment to ethics, quality in the workplace and overall excellence.

GOOOOOAL! FRONTIER BECAME THE OFFICIAL SPONSOR OF THE HOUSTON DYNAMO AND DASH.
The two time MLS Cup Champions Houston Dynamo and the Houston Dash and Frontier Utilities announced multi-year sponsorship agreement that makes Frontier Utilities an Official Partner and exclusive Electricity Provider of the BBVA Compass stadium.
Since the agreement announcement in July, Frontier has joined the Dynamo in several community initiatives, including participating in the Kicks 4 Kids program. Through this program, underprivileged children are given the opportunity to experience the magic of a Houston Dynamo or Houston Dash home game. Frontier is excited to continue partnering with the Dynamo and Dash teams to empower and serve the community.
FRONTIER RANKED #7 ON COUGAR 100 LIST
The University of Houston and the University of Houston Alumni Association recognized Frontier Utilities as one of the outstanding companies to the newly established community of business excellence, the Cougar 100! Frontier's CEO, Jay Hellums, graduated the university with a B.B.A. of finance in 1984.
Cougar 100 is a bold new annual tradition that identifies, recognizes and celebrates the world's fastest growing UH Cougar-owned and Cougar-led businesses. The listing not only celebrates Frontier's success, but also gives Cougars a point of pride and achievement to share with the entire community.
Frontier was proud to receive this recognition for the second year in a row, jumping from #31 in 2014 to #7 in 2015!
FRONTIER PARTNERS WITH PUCT TO OFFER ELIGIBLE CUSTOMERS COMPLIMENTARY SMART METERS
The Foundation FZ100 thermostat – valued at $300 – was offered to all qualifying Frontier Utilities customers for the whopping price of $0. All customers enrolled in the LITE-Up Texas Program were eligible to receive the smart thermostat plus free installation. Over 200 customers reserved their complimentary thermostats. FRONTIER SERVES THE COMMUNITY
As part of the #FrontierCares initiative, company associates volunteered with the Houston Food Bank. Through multiple days of volunteer commitment, we helped package over 3,000 meals for families in the Greater Houston Area.
