Title: Residential Sales Representative - Inbound Call Center
Responsible to: Manager, Residential Sales
Job Summary
Frontier’s Sales Team is seeking a highly motivated sales representative for our Houston or DFW (Bedford) call center. As part of the sales team, you will be responsible for profitable sales growth by selling a variety of electricity products to residential and commercial customers via inbound calls. Our products and services are outstanding and with the right approach easy to sell.
Representatives must have very good business ethics and work well together within a sales team. He/she must have outstanding sales experience and be very customer service oriented. Sales industry experience is preferred but not required. Basic computer skills are a must.
Summary of Essential Job Functions

Take inbound sales leads and converting those to a sale

Present competitive energy solutions to customers, efficiently and effectively explaining product benefits

Enroll new customers, and assist with and resolve any enrollment issues

Maintain a high level of open communication, motivation and morale within the sales team
Experience and Qualifications:
- 3+ years sales experience
- Customer service experience
- Experience in deregulated electricity, cable, telephone, or similar utility industries are preferred, but not required
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high volume call center
