How can my friends enroll, and I receive credit for the enrollment?
Log into your My Account and find the My Rewards and Referrals tab where you can enter your friends’ emails to send them your unique referral link.
What is the amount I earn for referring friends and family to Frontier Utilities?
For each person that enrolls on a postpaid 12-month product or greater from your dedicated referral link and pays their first bill in full you will receive a one-time $50 bill credit*.
What makes a referral a qualified referral?
A qualified referral must satisfy all Frontier Utilities enrollment requirements and pay their first bill in full.
When will I receive my bill credit?
Once the person you have referred has paid their first bill in full, you’ll receive your $50 bill credit* on your next bill.
Is there a limit to the number of friends I can refer to Frontier Utilities?
There is no limit, you can refer as many friends and family to Frontier Utilities as you want, and you’ll get a $50 bill credit* for each one that enrolls and pays their first bill in full.
Does my friend get anything for enrolling through my referral link?
Yes, when someone enrolls through your dedicated referral link, they’ll receive a $50 bill credit* as well once they pay their first two bills in full.
What offers are eligible for the Refer-A-Friend program?
This program is available to standard offers found via your dedicated referral link that are 12 months or greater in length. Enrollments from third party sites are not eligible for the Refer-A-Friend program. Refer-A-Friend incentives and offers cannot be used on any sale products or in conjunction with any other offers.
What happens if I have excess bill credits on my account and I close my account?
Frontier Utilities will apply what credits you have towards your last bill and if there are excess bill credits after your final bill they will be forfeited. Bill credits have no cash value and cannot be redeemed for cash.
Can I leave Frontier Utilities and still refer friends and family to Frontier Utilities for credits?
No, the Refer-A-Friend program is only open to active Frontier Utilities customers on a postpaid product.
